Tips to keep yourself from over-eating this Thanksgiving:

  1. Drink a glass of water before eating, to help you feel full faster.
  2. Take small portions, so you can try it all! Just remember, start out small. 
  3. Savor it! Eat slowly, it takes about 20 minutes for your stomach to tell your brain it's full.
